We list where each of our services starts and scope the rest with you. Monthly plans carry no setup fee and renew month to month, and every proposal states scope, schedule and price up front.
Monthly plans
Each month we track what people ask before hiring a lawyer in your practice area, answer it in your attorney's voice on your website, and cut social posts and emails from those answers. The law firm content page walks through a typical month.

- A full social calendar across as many as 4 channels
- Newsletter with a nurture sequence
- Quarterly content plan and a 60-minute monthly review call
- Up to 3 offices
Market exclusivity included
Bigger metro markets and additional offices change the price, and your proposal sets that out. Market exclusivity comes with most monthly plans; the proposal confirms it and names the practice area and the market it covers.
Content projects
A project takes your firm through all four steps a single time, start to finish, within 30 to 60 days. We publish the pages on your site rather than delivering drafts for someone else to post, and everything we make stays with your firm, the Voice DNA profile included. You agree to one fixed fee before work starts.
Starter
$9,500 fixed fee
Fits a firm that practices in one area and one market and wants a tight set of answer pages for it.
Standard
Ask for a quote
Fits a firm covering several practice areas or several types of client that needs a bigger page set.
Multi-office
Ask for a quote
Fits a firm running more than one office that needs pages researched separately for each office's market.
Paying the full fee up front earns 10% off, two installments earn 5% off, and three installments spread over the project carry no discount. A project does not include market exclusivity; that is available on monthly plans from Growth upward.
Law firm websites
We write every page of each site we build, using the four steps behind our content work, so no one at your firm fills blank practice-area templates. A build costs the same whether it runs on Netlify, WordPress or Squarespace.
Basic site
$5,000 to start
One office and up to 10 pages. We handle the design, the build and the writing.
Custom site
Ask for a quote
Extra pages, custom sections, or features specific to how your practice works.
Larger firm sites
Ask for a quote
Sites organized by practice group, or covering several offices or several states.
See the law firm websites page for platforms, ownership terms and recent builds.
Other services
| Service | Price | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Voice DNA profile | $2,500 | A one-time written record of your attorney's writing across 21 dimensions. The fee is credited if your firm begins an engagement within 90 days of buying it. |
| Content Intelligence | From $7,500 | Includes building your content system along with a first quarter of researched assignments. Every later quarter of assignments starts at $3,000. |
| Multi-office firms | From $10,000 | We reorganize the pages a larger firm has already published so AI systems can locate an answer, quote it and attribute it correctly. |
| Paid media | Ask | Campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and ChatGPT, plus retargeting, priced by which channels you run. Ad spend is billed separately. |
| Video production | Ask | Priced per project: attorney introductions, explainers, answers to frequent questions and motion graphics. |
Your firm pays for hosting, domains and ad spend directly, with each account in the firm's name. We quote photography and translation separately. Refer another firm and you take 5% off your own bill for as long as that firm remains a client.
What moves the price
- Your marketA big metro area needs more research and more pages than a single county seat, and crowded practice areas need wider coverage.
- Your officesEvery additional office gets pages researched for its own market, so the price tracks the number of locations where you practice.
- Your calendarA firm running daily social and an email nurture sequence pays more than one that only needs pages and a monthly newsletter.
- Your review timeA licensed attorney at your firm approves everything before it goes live, and the publishing schedule is built around when that review can happen.
Each monthly plan includes a visibility report that runs a fixed list of questions through AI platforms, and larger plans add a comparison with competitors. Your attorney should budget about 30 minutes of review a month on a smaller plan, more on a larger one. The reasoning is in our post on what AEO costs a law firm.
Common questions
Do monthly plans lock us into a contract?
No. Plans renew month to month with no setup fee, and your firm can stop whenever it chooses. Projects work differently: the fee is fixed and agreed in writing before we begin.
Will you guarantee citations or rankings in AI tools?
No. Nobody controls which sources an assistant cites. We publish answers written to be quoted, and we report changes on a fixed question set, with sources and dates.
How can we see your work without spending anything?
Use the free page rewrite. Choose a page from your site, send it over, and we email back a rewritten version that your firm keeps. Whether to book a call is up to you.
