Most of our services for law firms end with pages live on your site. This one ends with a plan. A calendar of post dates leaves the hard decisions to whoever writes: which client the piece serves, which intake question it settles, what facts back it up, and what the reader should do after. We make those decisions ahead of time so your writer starts each piece with them settled.
What the first build covers
- An inventory of what the firm knows. We read your practice-area pages and approved materials, gather the questions your intake team fields on calls, and sort it all into keep, refresh and fill.
- Voice rules for every assignment. We write the voice guidance your writer follows, built on your approved Voice DNA profile if the firm has one.
- Client questions tied to growth goals. We match what prospective clients ask to the practice groups you most want to grow. Market and competitor research shapes the plan, and deadlines or seasonal swings in demand set the timing where relevant.
- Three months, ready to produce. You receive a linked calendar organized by weekly theme, with assignments per platform and a full brief and drafting prompt for each one. We settle the channels, the mix of formats and how often you publish based on your goals and the people you have.
What one assignment contains
A brief names the reader, the client question, what the piece should achieve, the opening hook, how it is adapted for the platform, the visual idea, the sources to check, and where the reader goes next. Linked assignments show how one topic appears on several channels without the same post copied everywhere.
What should a parent expect at the first custody hearing in [county]?
[Who it is for, the goal, and the answer the opening two sentences must deliver.]
[How the LinkedIn version differs, sources to verify, linked assignments, and the page the reader visits next.]
Within the agreed scope, a plan can cover social posts, blog articles, site pages, email and video. Each assignment carries a status, so your team can tell an idea from a draft and a draft from something the attorney has signed off.
What you receive at handoff
The handoff package holds the calendar, the research behind it, the voice guidance and each assignment's instructions. We then train the person you designate to run the system: generating drafts, reviewing them and logging progress.
Unless your scope says otherwise, the finished articles, captions, images, video and the publishing itself stay with your team. If you would rather we write and post the content, that is our law firm content service. In both cases a licensed attorney approves each piece before it goes live, since the conduct rules bind the lawyer whoever holds the pen. ABA Model Rule 7.1 bars the lawyer from false or misleading claims about the firm's own work, and an outside drafter does not change that. Our answer on whether advertising rules apply to AI-generated content covers drafting tools.
Planning each new quarter
Ahead of each quarter we look at where the firm stands now. Maybe a practice group needs more attention, you opened an office, you want a different kind of client, or intake keeps fielding a question that deserves a better page. We go through what was published, what was left unfinished and whatever performance data exists, then reset priorities, themes and assignments.
Legal work runs on its own calendar, and the plan follows it when it applies to your practice:
- Changes in the lawA new statute or court rule in your state, scheduled around its effective date after your attorney confirms it.
- Client seasonsQuestions that bunch up near tax season for estate and business clients, or around the school year for parents in a family law matter.
- Firm eventsA new associate, a seminar for referral sources, or a practice group you are building.
Seasonal pieces earn a slot only when they answer something a client needs. The groundwork carries over from quarter to quarter while the priorities move, so you never pay for the initial build twice.
Pricing and scope
The first build begins at $7,500. After that, quarterly planning begins at $3,000. What you pay depends on how many audiences and channels you target, the formats in the mix and how often you publish, and we fix the count of assignments and channels before any work starts. Every starting price is listed on our pricing page.
Common questions
Can our staff run the prompts through AI drafting tools?
Yes. Each prompt carries the audience, angle, sources and voice rules into the draft. Fact checking, attorney review and sign-off stay in the workflow regardless.
Does each quarter start from scratch?
No. The approved groundwork stays in place and we revise only what has changed, then hand over the coming quarter's planning and assignments.
How does this compare with a monthly plan?
A monthly plan means we research, write and publish each week. Content Intelligence means we plan and your people produce. Our AI SEO guide for lawyers covers the technical side of either path, and the free page rewrite shows how we write before you decide.
