Part of our practice-area guides. Injury searches are some of the most competitive in legal marketing, and some of the most heavily regulated in what a firm may say.
The questions injury victims ask first
- Who pays my medical bills after a crash?
- Should I talk to the other driver's insurance company?
- How long do I have to file a claim?
- Do I need a lawyer for a minor accident?
- What is my case worth?
Many of these are asked on a phone, sometimes from the scene.
Results, testimonials, and what may be quoted
Injury marketing leans on results, and that is where advertising rules bite hardest. Lawyer advertising rules prohibit misleading communications, and some states, North Carolina among them, expressly treat a statement likely to create an unjustified expectation about results as misleading. See the North Carolina guide.
"What is my case worth?" pages are the clearest example. An honest answer explains the factors that affect value. A number pulled from a past case, quoted by an assistant without its context, can mislead a reader about their own claim.
Pages we build for injury firms
- Crash-type pages: car, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, and others you handle
- Insurance-process explainers written for your state
- A filing-deadline explainer reviewed against your state's statutes, since limits vary by state and claim type
- City and county pages only where you take cases
Where AI answers send injury clients
An assistant answering "who pays my medical bills" may cite a government page, an insurer, or a law firm. A firm page earns that citation by being the clearest and most state-specific answer available. See GEO for law firms for how citation selection works.
Common questions
Can we publish case results on pages built for AI search?
That depends on your state's rules. Where results are allowed, they generally need context so they do not create unjustified expectations. Write answer blocks that stand on their own without a result figure.
Should injury firms publish in Spanish?
If you serve Spanish-speaking clients and have staff to handle those calls, Spanish pages for your main matters are worth planning. The same accuracy and advertising rules apply.
